The Teyana Taylor x Air Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort 2 “A Rose From Harlem” is a collaboration by the R&B artist on the alternate version of the Jordan 1 with a contemporary design. Marking Teyana Taylor’s first collaboration with Jordan, the Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort 2 “A Rose From Harlem” is inspired by her upbringing in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood and her 2018 single, “Rose in Harlem.” The shoe features a white leather base with Gym Red leather overlays. From there, Teyana gives the shoe several intriguing modifications, including an oversized black leather Swoosh with zig-zag stitching on the lateral side and a red embroidered Swoosh with thorns around its design on the medial side. Small “X” detailing appears on the toe. “Tey” is found on the left shoe’s tongue tag and “Nike” branding with thorns appears on the right shoe’s tongue tag.
